Because each session — live or recorded — is personalized and time‑based, refunds are not offered. If you need to reschedule a live session, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to accommodate you.

For ongoing work, you may pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle; partial refunds for unused sessions within a billing period are not available.
